Bonus Tier 1
Establish a working relationship in good standing for 6 months
You get a 3% bonus if you have a good standing account with us within a 6 month time frame.
Bonus Tier 2
Establish a working relationship in good standing for 1 Year
Once you establish yourself for one year with us you now qualify for a 5% bonus on linehaul based off of your company profile.
Bonus Tier 3
If you have been established for over 1 year earn 0.1% increase on linehaul rate for every 10 loads you do.
For example, If you have been in business with us for over 1 year and have ran over 50 loads you qualify for a 5.5% bonus. It would be the 5% ( for the time ) plus the 0.1% increase ( for the # of loads). The max bonus structure is at a 7% line haul increase for this tier.
Bonus Tier 4
Be a carrier with us for 5 years.
Once you reach the 5 year mark things start to change.
On the day of your 5th year you will receive an email congratulating you on reaching this milestone.
Now that you have reached 5 years with Frontline Acquistion Inc you will receive a 10% Bonus on top of your line haul.
Accessorials like detention, layover and TONUs will all double in rate to the carrier.
Know that with us there is growth. Dont ever feel like you are doing all the work and dont receive your fair share of the proceeds.
